Welcome to TWICE Baked Goods, a bakery serving homemade treats to Houston and beyond, all made with heritage and a whole lot of love.

 

My name is Tomitra Wiley. I come from a long line of women who baked from the heart, including my great-grandmother Vinnie, my grandmother Jessie, my mother Annie, and mother-in-law Jeannie. They were the kind of women who made everything from scratch and never sent you home empty-handed. I grew up in their kitchens, learning by watching, tasting, and listening.

 

I’ve always loved making food for the people I care about. In 2015, my friend and mentor Mary invited me into her kitchen and taught me how to make cinnamon rolls from scratch. That moment brought everything full circle. It reminded me of home. It reminded me of being that little girl in those kitchens.

 

My faith in Christ grounds everything I do, and TWICE (Tomitra Wiley's Incredible Cakes & Exceptional) Baked Goods is no exception. I pray over my business, my customers, and every batch that goes into the oven. I believe baking is one way God has blessed me to love and serve people well.
